Mrs. Khashmati joined Sacks and Sacks in 2005. She graduated from Law School with Honors from International American University in 1999 and obtained her master’s degree from University of Sheffield, U.K. in 2000, after which she worked for an organization for security and cooperation in Europe on human rights and education and issues in Uzbekistan. Mrs. Khashmati has obtained numerous multi-million-dollar settlements for her clients and is experienced in handling construction accident, motor vehicle accident and negligence cases. She is a member of The New York State Trial Lawyers Association and The New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. Mrs. Khashmati speaks Russian and has good understanding of the Turkish language.
