Mr. Doman is a senior trial attorney who has been practicing law since 1983. He began his legal career in the United States Marine Corps, where he obtained verdicts in 50 criminal cases. He then worked in Homicide Investigations in the Queens District Attorney’s office.
Subsequently, he worked for a defense firm for over thirteen years, representing general contractors and subcontractors. He tried on average six to eight construction cases per year and developed a keen understanding of how contactors and insurance companies view construction accident cases. He joined in Sacks & Sacks in 2003 where he has tried cases and/or obtained settlements in over 160 cases, the majority of which involved multi-million-dollar resolutions. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and in the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
