Mr. Turnbull has been a member of Sacks & Sacks since 2010, where he serves as a senior litigator and trial attorney. Mr. Turnbull practiced as a corporate litigator in multi-national and regional law firms for 18 years before joining the Sacks team, where he now focuses his practice on vindicating the rights of injured construction workers. He has successfully achieved several multi-million-dollar settlements and verdicts for his clients. A former carpenter, Mr. Turnbull graduated cum laude from The University of Washington School of Law, where he was an editor of the Washington Law Review. He is admitted to practice in New York and California, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the Central District of California.
